The original charging packet establishes five numbered allegations, not their final dispositions. Independently read FDC history establishes the attempted-battery sentence of 25 months on August 13, 2008 in case 0601141. The FDLE table could not be reopened and had no saved copy, so its three additional conviction claims and final statutory formulations are withheld privately. The relation between original conduct and final attempted battery remains unresolved. Probation and registration remain community-reported; later early termination does not replace the original term.

Case narrative

2023 update

Chris found Roach's cellphone number and, surprisingly, Roach picked up after only one ring. When Chris revealed himself, Roach became distressed, asking, "Who is this?" Chris repeated himself and told Roach he wanted to talk to him regarding their joint involvement in the Flagler Beach investigation. Roach gave Chris a very firm "No." Chris attempted to speak to Roach anyway, asking how he'd been since then. Roach said nothing and hung up the phone. Chris did not attempt to contact Roach again.
