Biography
Timothy Gilliam was born in Okinawa. He was raised in Arizona and Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.
Arrest and death
When questioned by investigators, Gilliam initially indicated he didn't want to answer any questions. He continued by saying that he felt "embarrassed" and that he was aware of the reason for his arrest. He explained that it was his first time meeting a child for sex. He confessed that he had a wife and two kids. He claimed he wanted to go home and apologise to them. When the police searched through his car, they discovered the aforementioned webcam, additional cameras, computers, and a ring that was used for sexual enhancement.
Following his arrest, Gilliam was taken before Judge Kathy Hayden, who set his bail at $50,000.
