Biography
Rojas claimed to have been United States citizen. Rojas has two brothers.
Rojas was arrested by police in Baton Rogue due to his involvement. He was required to see a psychiatrist and was not charged as an adult.
Sting
Chris began his interview shortly after Rojas arrived to the sting apartment with little conversation between Rojas and the decoy. Chris, confused, pressed further, but Rojas told him that he "wanted to meet with [the decoy] and, like, not do anything." Rojas insisted that he simply wanted to talk to the decoy and interview him because he was curious about the psychology of a fourteen-year-old boy wanting to have sex with an adult man. Rojas responded that he only asked about the decoy's grandmother not being there because he did not want to discuss sex in front of her.
Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard personally escorted Rojas out of the apartment, telling him, "Obviously you didn't learn the first time, so we'll get you a second time."
