Biography

Parr described himself as a "one lady man." In spite of this title he gave himself, he asked the decoy to find him other girls to have sex with, but claimed it was okay since he loved only her and that it would just be sex with the other underage girls.

He also expected the decoy to make his bed and make sure he was fed.

In a previously unreleased phone call, Parr apologised to the decoy for convincing her to wear a skirt with no panties on a windy day to see how it felt, claiming he didn't realise how cold the weather would be. He then immediately expressed how badly he wanted her to perform oral sex on him.

2022 update

In 2022, The Skip Tracer made a video on Parr detailing his arrest records. revealing that in 2004, Parr was arrested in Garland Texas for theft of property between 50 and 500 dollars. Though the case was later dismissed in 2005 .
