Parminder Jaswal

Dr. Jaswal was fifty-nine years old at the time. He was an immigrant from India who had been in the United States for quite a long time. Jaswal also had his ownpractice.

However, this has never been investigated, so little details are known.

When Jaswal gets to the sting house, the onsite decoy greets him. Feeling at ease, he touched the decoy's butt. However, as he talks, Hansen comes out and tells Jaswal to sit on the couch.

Hansen asked Jaswal what he was doing, but Jaswal maintained he had yet to come for anything. Hansen then asked Jaswal how old the girl was, and he said eighteen.

Eventually, he acknowledged that the girl he met said she was fifteen. Hansen said you would do something, but Jaswal initially said he planned on doing nothing.

Jaswal then says he made a mistake and could get into trouble with someone under eighteen, and tells him he needs an attorney present. Hansen then tells him who he is and what show he is on, and the cameras come out, simultaneously with cops and his handcuffs.

During his arrest, Jaswal pretends to be having a heart attack. The cops, however, do not buy into it. They kept saying he was fine, but Jaswal continued with his acts to the point where the cops called an EMS on the scene. The EMT took his blood pressure and said he was fine.

While his police interview has not yet been released, it is known that the police checked him and found Oreos and wine coolers. He was charged with four different felonies; the doctor was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (for touching the decoy), using a computer to commit a crime, sending a child sexually abusive material, and accosting a child for immoral purposes.

Jaswal served six days in prison. He posted a $170,000 bond and was released.
