Case narrative
Sting and Aftermath
Dima arrived at the sting house but bolted when Chris Hansen emerged.
Police arrested him and took him to customs. Arturo received the "Long Beach Special" sentencing, which included a three-year suspended prison term, five years of probation, 60 days of Caltrans cleanup, and lifetime registration as a sex offender. Later, Dima was deported from the United States.
