Case narrative
Sting
Walker running to the decoy with excitement.
Walker drives 100 miles from San Diego to the sting house in a Cobra Mustang. When he knocks on the front door, the decoy answers from another door. Walker rushes to the decoy with excitement. When he goes into the house, he approaches the decoy and hugs her. Chris Hansen then emerges and motions for him to sit down. Walker brought a change of clothes, a camera, and condoms and confessed he planned to stay the night. He enquired as to Chris's affiliation: police or private eye. Walker maintains it was a "slip of judgment" when questioned why he wanted to have sex with a minor. After Chris reveals who he is, Walker is asked to leave from the back door. He is then taken into custody by Long Beach police, since there was another predator already at the door and Hansen did not want anyone to see him besides his crew and the police.
2023 update
When called, Josiah answered and the brief conversation went as so;
Hansen: It is Chris Hansen, how are you?
Hansen: I wanted to talk to you if you had a moment, and I'm on a recorded line here, about your arrest in the predator sting we did serval years ago in Long Beach California
Walker swiftly hung up the phone, and Hansen took that as a message he did not want to talk, and he did not attempt to reach out anymore.
