WBRZ establishes two arrest allegations. The archived biography separately reports a conviction without identifying which charge or the sentence. That conviction remains community-reported, not court-verified; individual dispositions and sentence are unknown. WBRZ says age 18, unlike the biography age 17; the article link and recalled incident provide the identity bridge. No private victim details retained.

Biography

At one point, Moss lived in Texas. He was convicted of the charge and given a chance to rehabilitate.

Sting

When Moss arrived to the sting apartment, he attempted to follow the decoy into a bathroom. However, after seeing Chris Hansen , he tried to escape out of the front door. Deputies quickly threw him to the floor and detained him.

Eventually, Moss began speaking. He told Chris that he had a second chance at life, referencing his prior arrest, but that he wasted it. He stated that he had changed to be a better person after his last arrest, but that he was still a human and makes "small mistakes." He feared that the new arrest would mean the loss of custody of his son. Moss asserted that he would take responsibility for his actions, despite referring to the current situation as a "small mistake."

Moss then told Chris about his personal problems. Although he had not gone to therapy, Moss relied on a support group of friends to help him. Moss then blamed the fourteen-year-old victim for his prior arrest, claiming that she lied about her age being fifteen. He further blamed the victim by saying that she was the one who recorded the video and shared the video to other students. However, deputies claimed that Moss was the one who filmed and shared the video. He said that his efforts to go back to school and get jobs were hindered by the previous incident. Lamenting over his struggles in life, Moss stated "26 (his age) is as far as I go."

Moss refused to answer if he brought condoms to the sting. He also told Chris that he would not have gone through with having sex with the girl had it not been a sting.
