Biography
Pinkston stated that he had previously arrested for DUI. He was also arrested on January 19, 2023 for Failure to Appear - Driving While Revoked.
Aftermath
After being arrested by police, Pinkston was found with a pocket knife and stated that he had a loaded handgun in his car. A search of his car revealed the loaded revolver in the center console, several open beer containers, and what appeared to be a Kel-Tec SUB-2000 9mm folding carbine rifle in his trunk. He was charged with:
