Wagner was a factory worker who was fifty-four years old and lived in Lapeer, Michighan. He was divorced and had three daughters.
Aftermath
On Monday, June 27th, he pled guilty and was sentenced to 60 months of probation. He was also required to register as a sex offender for twenty-five years.
