Reviewed sting-related legal outcome. Reviewed published court opinion A-4550-08T4, October 18, 2010, identifies the Mantoloking Dateline encounter and negotiated plea. It remands the sentencing disposition; no claim that the original terms remained unchanged after remand. Saved 2015 police report concerns unrelated traffic-warrant arrest, not the sting judgment. The original opinion establishes registration but does not explicitly state its duration; the lifetime registration component is attributed to the community account, not the court opinion.
