Biography
Blagg suggested that he could take the decoy's virginity in the hot tub after she revealed that she was a virgin and owned said hot tub. Blagg said he would bring chocolate-flavored condoms when the decoy inquired whether he would bring condoms.
Blagg drives an hour and 45 minutes to the sting house. He starts conversation with the decoy, but is then met by Chris Hansen. He indicated that he traveled far in order to see a friend, hang out, and have fun. Blagg chuckles and smiles widely as Chris reads the conversation log entry about the chocolate-flavored condoms he was going to bring. When questioned about why he brought condoms if he was simply going to hang out with the girl, Blagg claimed he always carried them with him because he had multiple sexual encounters with adults online and almost unintentionally had sex with a transvestite. After Blagg is exposed on national television by Chris, he is arrested and taken into custody.
2024 update
Despite claiming he would bring chocolate flavored condoms he did not, as the police could not find any on him or in his car.
