Sting
Brennan walked into the sting house expecting to meet a 15 year old girl named Ava. He arrived wearing a shirt with president Donald Trump on the back, with an acronym for MILF that read “Man I love felons”. He was 20 at the time of the sting.
When confronted by Chris Hansen, Brennan was clearly nervous and told Chris that he had seen clips of similar stings online. He revealed that he was a college student and does instrumentation in electrical work. Brennan revealed that he sent inappropriate pictures of himself to the 15 year old girl. Brennan was worried if he is being recorded and if it will be posted online.
After the police came to take Brennan away, Brennan asked if he could call his mother. When explaining to his mother he was being arrested for meeting a minor, she proceeded to remind him that it was illegal and was clearly heartbroken that her son was arrested because of what he tried to do. The Sheriff told Brennan that "If you try to mess with kids in Livingston Parish, this is what happens. You go to jail! We don't let people exploit our children here!"
